Effective October 1, 2012, QUALCOMM Incorporated completed a corporate reorganization in which the assets of certain of its businesses and groups, as well as the stock of certain of its direct and indirect subsidiaries, were contributed to Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. HD Voice – “Hear me loud and clear”

In today’s data crazy, texting, tweeting, socially networked world, I think people still value a good “clear” voice conversation. Don’t you agree? Even more importantly, a large portion of mobile operator revenues come from voice services. And as usual, we at Qualcomm are at it again, bringing the best possible voice experience through our HD Voice offerings. So much so that Sprint announced their first HD Voice device running on Snapdragon recently.
